2: Before dialing with a customer, the microphone should be muted. Anyone not following this will be fined 5000.
3: TCPA or other DNC checking tools are more important than sales. We don’t need sales from someone if they are not checking TCPA. Anyone not following this will be fined 5000 or terminated without salary.
4: Anyone who starts a call with "Thanks for holding on the line" will be fined 5000.
Note: Managers on the floor announce anything that should be followed strictly.
